At the headwaters of the Chesapeake Bay in Havre de Grace, Md., and a second shop in the heart of Bucks County, PA., Tiller & Sail, LLC: A Sailboat Shop, is owned by a Captain & Instructor with the American Sailing Association. This shop offers sailing lessons, cleans, repairs, maintains, and sells sail boats. Captain Leslie is the sole inventor/owner of "HoistPro" a remote controlled mast hoisting system for your boat.
